We ensure that all of our customers can make a smooth transition from implementation to day-to-day support. In fact, a member of Euclid’s Support Team will work with you during implementation to facilitate knowledge transfer from the Implementation Team to the Support Team. Our customers work with Support Specialists they know and trust. All of our Support Team members work out of Euclid’s Bethesda headquarters, and are highly trained in all of our products. 

Online Support Portal and Learning Resources 

Euclid offers its customers 24/7 access to a wide range of support and learning resources, including instructional videos, written documentation, and user guides. These resources are constantly updated to ensure our customers are always up-to-date with the latest enhancements to MC. Our users can also access the Online Service Portal to ask questions, report issues, or suggest product enhancements. Our Support Team prides itself on its prompt response times and knowledgeable service.
